C2C Global Education India Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of C2C Global Education Group, Japan plans to establish premium preschools in major cities across India.

Our parent company owns and operates Yamanashi Gakuin University (established in 1946) in Kofu, Japan, as well as an IB school, an award-winning kindergarten (established in 1950), and preschools across Japan and in China and Vietnam. We will shortly be entering the US market.

Fuji Infinity International Preschools integrate the practices and values of Japanese preschools with the globally accepted IB PYP framework. As we embark on our journey in India, we are committed to redefining learning through a blend of tradition and innovation.

Our first preschool will start in Sector 62, Gurugram in 2025. We are looking for an expert Parent-Toddler Teacher to lead our Parent-Toddler program

PARENT-TODDLER TEACHER

We are looking for a warm, engaging, and enthusiastic Parent-Toddler Expert Teacher who can bring energy, empathy, and early childhood expertise into our learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging Parent-Toddler sessions focused on sensory play, music & movement, storytelling, and early developmental activities.
  • Facilitate bonding between parents and toddlers through guided activities that support motor, cognitive, and emotional development.
  • Plan age-appropriate weekly sessions and maintain a child-led, parent-supported environment.
  • Use music and rhythm effectively in the classroom for transitions, learning, and enjoyment.
  • Maintain a safe, hygienic, and welcoming space for children and their caregivers.
  • Observe each child’s progress and provide gentle feedback and support to parents.
  • Communicate clearly with parents regarding activities, routines, and child responses.
  • Collaborate with the Principal and curriculum planners for content development and event planning.
  • Be a calm, supportive presence especially during toddler separation phases or emotional moments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma/ degree in early childhood education or related fields preferred.
  • Prior experience in early years education or parent-toddler programs is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Soft-spoken and nurturing personality with the ability to connect effortlessly with small children and their parents.
  • Musical knowledge or background (basic singing ability, knowledge of nursery rhymes, movement-based songs).
  • Creative, patient, organized, and emotionally attuned to the needs of young children
